Onboarding

Phase 1 I PROGRAMMING & CONCEPT

Typically 1-3 months, depending on project scope

  • Coordination with other consultants (ex. architect, builder, etc.)

  • Establishing concept, budget, schedule, aesthetic, and functional requirements

Phases 2-3 I DESIGN

Typically 4-8 months, depending on project scope

  • Establish overarching design including sourcing and confirming materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures as well as space planning

  • Coordination with consultants

Phase 4 Construction Documentation

Typically 3 months, depending on project scope

  • Documentation of all design decisions

  • Hand-off to the builder upon client approval

  • Construction commences at the end of this phase

Phase 5 Project Management

Typically 12-24 months, depending on project scope

  • Coordination with consultants throughout construction process

  • Review shop drawings and finish samples for approval

  • Issue site instructions and change orders as required

  • Site visits

Phase 6 Furnishing and Install

Typically 4-6 months, in tandem with Phase 5

  • Sourcing furniture and accessories

  • Managing delivery logistics

  • Overseeing installation at site
